You mentioned education careers. You might check out ACSI.com. ACSI is Association of Christian Schools International. For most of their positions you need a teaching certificate. They post positions both in the US and overseas for Christian schools. Also Fellowship of Baptist Educators post some positions that only require a degree, usually teaching conversational Engish. If you are interested, I can tell you more.
